New General Information regarding our New Season starting on Sunday 6th September.


Welcome back everyone. Under our current unprecedented time, we have made some changes around SWRFC in help keep you all safe and comfortable in watching your children return to the sport they love to play. Please respect and abide all our new guides we have put in place.

CLUBHOUSE

New Entrance and Exit route,

Exciting new ordering and collection system -


DRINKS from the Presidents Bar.

FOOD from The Ruck and Roll Kitchen.

The mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play for Android users or for Apple users from the App Store. Please search for ROUND.

Once installed and your payment method has be selected, items from the bar and kitchen can be ordered and paid for whilst at the side of the pitch. You will be notified via the app when your order is ready for collection. The collection points for drink and food will be clearly marked in the clubhouse. Once collected you will be respectfully requested to leave the clubhouse via the one way system, so that social distancing can be adhered to at all times.

Please take a few minutes to download this app and familiarise yourself with it before coming on Sunday 6th.

ONLINE REGISTRATION & MEMBERSHIP FEES

This season parents can update their existing child's registration membership and new parents can register by themselves and create their child's account to SWRFC. A Payment must be made to complete a players registration membership to SWRFC.

PITCHES

Please follow all our on-site guidance

CAR PARKING

Our entrance drive is now "2 way" to allow easy access for entering/exiting our club. Please DO NOT park along here.

Please Social Distance at all times and use our sanitise stations frequently.


DOG POLICY - Dogs to remain on a lead at all times, strictly no walking across pitches and no dog fouling.


Kids First (Mini) Section

Under 6 to Under 12's age groups
Training starts 10.00am - 11.00pm (Mini's only)

All Parents MUST sanitise and sign in their player on arrival to there squad coach for SWRFC Track and Trace policy.

Players advised to bring their own sanitise and a named water bottle to each session.

Please note: For your safety we have split our Mini and Youth sections training times to allow for social distancing and car parking.



Youth Section

Under 13 to Under 18 (Colts) age groups
Training starts 12.00am - 1.00pm (Youth only)

All Parents/Players MUST sanitise and sign in their player on arrival to there squad coach for SWRFC Track and Trace policy.

Players advised to bring their own sanitise and a named water bottle to each session.


Please note: For your safety we have split our Mini and Youth sections training times to allow for social distancing and car parking.
